Salvage vehicles are generally sold in their disclosed condition and may require substantial repairs. Returns are not accepted for defects or damage reasonably visible or disclosed before sale. Any approved cancellation or refund is subject to the sale terms, incurred costs and applicable law. Approved 40% deposits are subject to a R5,000 fee if the balance is not received within five working days.
